You will need:
- Some rustical white bread (Sourdough if you can get it)
- 1/2 Big white onion
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Fresh lemon juice (half a lemon squeezed out is fine)
- 200g Small tomatoes.
- 1 Garlic toe
- Salt, pepper, Majoran, Oregano, Basil (fresh if you can get it)
- Sharp knife for tomatoes
- Bread knife
- Cutting board
- Oven tray
Preheat the Oven to 250 Celsius. Chop the tomatoes and the Onion as small as possible. Mix the Olive oil, Lemon juice and the herbs with the tomatoes and the onions in the bowl.
Slice the bread into thin slices of 1 -1.5 cm thickness. Place them on the Oven tray. Put about two Tablespoons of Tomatoes on each. Put in the Oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
Decorate with fresh Basil and/or freshly grated parmesan.
Serve and enjoy.
